CurbSite builds custom single-property listing websites. Three packages are offered:
Every site is custom-built. Each published site lives at {address-slug}.curbsite.gigabrit.com. Custom domains are not part of the current offering.
All payments are one-time and processed securely by Stripe. No work begins until your payment is confirmed. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
We deliver your draft within 3 business days of receiving usable photos. Each package includes 2 revision rounds. Additional rounds are billed separately by mutual agreement. If we cannot obtain or produce usable visuals for your property, we will tell you promptly and discuss options, including a refund under the Refund Policy.
Your site goes live only after you approve the draft on your private order page. After going live, further changes are a new engagement.
You may not use the order system to upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, to probe or attack the service, or to misrepresent a property.
On full payment and delivery, you receive the finished website files for the property ordered. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package. We are not liable for listing outcomes, sale prices, or third-party platform behavior.
We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
