Full refund, no questions asked, if you cancel before we start building your site.
If you are not satisfied after your included revision rounds, we will refund 50% of the package price, provided you tell us within 14 days of draft delivery.
Once you approve the draft or the site is published, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable, except where the delivered site materially fails to match the approved draft — in which case we will fix it or refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, reply to any order email or write to eagle@gigabrit.com with your order ID.
Please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster that way. Filing a chargeback while a good-faith resolution is underway may pause fulfillment until the dispute is resolved.
