Contact details: name and email address, provided when you order.
Property details: street address, city, state, ZIP, MLS number (optional), and notes you provide.
Photos: property images you upload.
Payment details: processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive only confirmation of payment, amount, and related transaction identifiers.
Technical data: basic request logs (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, and a bot-check token when you submit the order form.
2. How we use it
To fulfill your order (build, preview, revise, and publish your site), to communicate about your order, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
3. Who we disclose it to
Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy).
Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, storage, and security infrastructure.
Email delivery provider — transactional order emails.
Authorities — when required by law or to protect against fraud.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
4. How disclosure happens
Disclosures occur only through encrypted connections to the named service providers, limited to the data each needs to perform its function (e.g., Stripe receives payment details; it does not receive your photos).
5. Security practices
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS).
Uploaded photos and site files are stored in private, non-public storage buckets.
Your private order page is protected by an unguessable access token; never share its link publicly.
Administrative access requires authenticated login with least-privilege credentials.
Payment credentials are held only by Stripe under PCI-DSS controls.
No system is perfectly secure; we work to keep protections current and to limit retained data to what fulfillment requires.
6. Data retention
Order records are kept while your site is live and for a reasonable period afterward for support, accounting, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your photos and personal details by emailing us; we will confirm once complete, subject to legal retention duties.
7. Your rights and contact
To access, correct, or delete your personal information, email eagle@gigabrit.com. If you are in a jurisdiction granting additional rights (such as the EU/UK), we will honor them.
